    HOSPITALITY COORDINATOR 

    Passion City Church // Trilith

    OBJECTIVE

    To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for people. The role of Hospitality Coordinator is to maintain and continually improve all processes associated with hospitality environments and to ensure that everyone who steps into our environments has the best possible experience from arrival to departure.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate ordering and arranging of all catering needs for:
      • All Sunday events and Planning Center Events scheduled throughout the week including individual Team events, Rehearsals, Door Holder team meetings, and any additional Trilith events
    • Manage hospitality inventory
    • Coordinate logistics including run sheet and Door Holder schedule for Sunday and weekday hospitality events
    • Foster relationships with door holders
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, caterers, and chefs
    • Maintain all hospitality environments
    • Manage expenses
    • Work alongside Trilith staff to ensure congruency as we serve the people of our House

    WORK SCHEDULE

    Full-time reduced hours of 30 hrs/week:

    • All-day Sundays + one additional weekday at Trilith; Tuesdays at 515
    • Occasional weeknight events

    REPORTS TO

    Trilith Logistics Leader; Hospitality Manager

    AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

    1+ years of experience in Hospitality operations. Exceptional attention to detail, logistics, creative and environmental vision and experience. Ability to establish strong professional relationships with peers, Door Holders, and vendors.
