SOCIAL MEDIA RESIDENT

OBJECTIVE //

To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Marketing Team by helping with forward and expand the Passion Brand through content creation, copywriting + editing and assisting with the social media account look + feel.  A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES //

• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates
• Complete any and all Formation and PLE curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence
• Stay up to date with marketing trends
• Stay up to date with all happenings in our House
• Write high-engagement content that reflects our brand's voice for social media accounts and website
• Weekly social media engagement reports for specific accounts 
• Weekly social media brainstorm meetings, always coming ready with ideas + inspiration 
• Serve as the community manager, answering DM + messages + comments 
• Collaborate with Communications Manager, Marketing team, and Social Media Coordinator to develop a variety of content marketing materials including but not limited to updating guide on IG weekly, pull photos off canto, upload posts in Hootsuite, create + post ideas for IG, twitter, and Tik Tok.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Write and edit content to be approved by social coordinator

WORK SCHEDULE //

Monday – Thursday, 9a – 5p and all-day Sunday

IDEAL INDIVIDUAL //

• Has a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Experience in marketing + journalism
• Good at problem-solving and communications
• Strong writing skills
• Works well under pressure, thrives during large-scale, live events
• Is highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Ability to perform job duties with a sense of urgency
• Flexible on weekends, week night events, and willingness to pivot after work hours
