What You’ll Do

As the Clinical Director (NP or PA), you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinic — leading with clinical excellence, compassion, and confidence.

Oversee all aspects of clinical operations and patient care.

Collaborate with the one of the finest, most experienced Medical Directors in the Hampton Roads area to support yo and foster a positive, patient-first environment

Evaluate and manage patients in: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Erectile Dysfunction (Trimix, Gainswave, P-Shot, Rx therapies), Weight Loss, Vitamin Therapy, Peptides, PRP Injections, Hair Loss Treatments

Ensure clinic performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction goals are met

Support marketing initiatives and build referral networks with local physicians

What You’ll Bring

Active NP or PA license in good standing (Virginia)

DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration required

Clinical experience preferred (men’s health experience a plus)

Confidence in discussing men’s health, hormone therapy, and sexual wellness topics

Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills

Prior clinic management or supervisory experience is highly desirable

Completion of 20 hours of paid onboarding training
