About the Role:

Join Be Well In-Home Care in Surprise, AZ, where we are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care for seniors. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and support to seniors in their homes.

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to client preferences.

Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.

Follow individualized care plans and adjust as necessary to meet client needs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.

Previous experience in senior care or a related field preferred.

Valid CPR and First Aid certification; additional training is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Genuine desire to help and uplift the lives of seniors.
