About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Pastry Baker to join our family-owned bakery.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cookies, pies, and other baked goods.

Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure quality and consistency.

Decorate pastries with attention to detail for an appealing presentation.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to health and safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a pastry baker or similar role in a bakery or pastry shop preferred.

Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration skills a plus.

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious pastries.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
