    Job Summary We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team! In this role, you will prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for developing innovative desserts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare a variety of desserts and sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries

    Develop new and innovative recipes

    Decorate cakes and baked goods

    Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

    Prepare custom orders

    Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

    Supervise pastry assistants and bakers

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred

    Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

    Knowledge of gluten-free baking, sugar-free baking, and other ingredient limitations

    Knowledge of food safety practices

    Previous experience decorating cakes

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Team player with strong leadership skills

    Available for early morning shifts
