Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and specialty desserts
Develop and execute seasonal and custom pastry offerings
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all baked items
Manage ingredient inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for special events and catering
Stay current with industry trends and bring new ideas to the menu
