    Job Summary We are seeking a Salad Station/Pantry Cook to join our team! In this role, you will prepare a variety of salads, cold & hot appetizers, desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has previous salad/pantry experience and a passion for developing innovative salads, appetizers & desserts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare a variety of salads, appetizers, desserts and sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries

    Create new and interesting salads and appetizers

    Develop new and innovative recipes

    Decorate cakes and baked goods

    Clean and sanitize equipment and pantry areas

    Prepare custom orders

    Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a salad/pantry cook or in a similar role is preferred

    Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

    Knowledge of gluten-free baking, sugar-free baking, and other ingredient limitations

    Knowledge of food safety practices

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Team player with strong leadership skills

    Available for early morning, afternoon and evening shifts
