POSITION: Freelance Artist, Retail Events

JOB DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Drive brand engagement and sales during retail visits
• Support brand and retailer trainings and events
• Assist clients with product knowledge and makeup demonstrations
• Provide exceptional service at all times to all clients, internally and externally, within all retail environments
• Timely return of all communication to Sales & Education Manager
• Daily recaps submitted at end of shift to Sales & Education Manager
• Maintain an average minimum SPH set by supervisor
• Positive attitude towards coaching conversations and feedback
• Work with brand core artists to learn brand expertise and develop personal artistry skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in makeup artistry and retail sales (Luxury preferred)
• Exceptional makeup artistry skills with the ability to connect artistry to sales
• Social digital portfolio of work—with significant following preferred
• Available to work during the week and on weekends with flexibility of time frames
• Able to connect with clients and best represent brand initiatives
• Demonstrates agility, with expertise in working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedicated to representing the PAT McGRATH LABS brand to the best of your ability
