ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Patch My PC is looking for an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE who will work 8 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. This position is fully-remote, but candidates must live and be authorized to work within the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Send quotes to customers to submit a quote request on our website
• Issue invoices for customers who email us purchase orders
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Create and manage our customers in our online customer portal and send license information via email for new/renewed customers
• Record welcome videos for new customers
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Works closely with customers to guide them from initial inquiry through purchasing and renewals

REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES:

• Be empathetic
• Team player
• Knowledge in Outlook or similar email clients
• Strong knowledge of basic computer tasks (web browsers, word processing, etc.)
• Ability to be flexible (startup culture)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward a goal
