You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Qualifications: Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus Compensation: $125,000 + at plan
