    JOB DESCRIPTION

    SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

    Responsible for a large volume of emails requiring prompt and courteous responses to all internal and external inquiries, while ensuring that all needs and expectations are met in a timely manner. Responsible for updating, maintaining and enforcing policies, procedure and program services for various clients. This position also requires the building of relationships with the company's clients and ensures that the firm adheres to all operation and performance procedures. This position requires initiative and the ability to work without supervision.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of client requests
    • Understand, implement and update policies and procedures internally and externally
    • Contribute to the team's efforts and maintain the team inbox; respond to all requests promptly and courteously
    • Continue to learn and increase job skills by cross-training and assisting with all departments
    • Participate in conferences and meetings
    • Quality control using recording software
    • Organize and maintain internal and external documents
    • Daily task management and Independent projects
    • Printing and quality control of outgoing mail
    • Maintain an organized work station

    COMPETENCIES

      • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel and Word.
        • The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
        • Superb oral and written communication skills.
        • Computer knowledge
        • Telephone
        • Printer/Scanner/Copy machine

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

      • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working.
        • Constant hand, fingers and arm use.
        • To occasionally function in activities involving walking, bending, squatting and reaching.
        • Ability to hear and see clearly and speak intelligibly.
        • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

    TRAVEL:

    • Maybe required

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • 1-2 years' experience in Client Support
    • Must be proficient with Excel and Microsoft Outlook

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 3 or more years of client services experience in debt collection litigation services

    • Experience in debt collection software platforms, cogent platform highly desirable
