High-Volume Civil Litigation Law Firm seeks Attorney licensed to practice in California. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, willingness to appear in court, excellent research and writing skills. Federal court experience is preferred.
Essential Responsibilities : Represent clients in court Prepare and draft legal documents Negotiate settlements Prepare, facilitate and respond to all external client audits. Perform administrative and management functions.
