REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in mechanical or electrical patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm setting.

- State bar admission in good standing.

- Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

- Experience with post-grant proceedings before the USPTO preferred.

- Diligence experience required.

- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or related scientific disciplines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
