Our firm is seeking an exceptionally bright, well-organized, and self-motivated individual to support our patent team.
Responsibilities
· Prepare correspondence, routine letters, memos and other prosecution documents Provide support and assistance to our Patent Prosecution Team
· Perform secretarial and administrative duties
· Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records
· Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously
· Prepare and draft documents for filing with the USPTO
· Prepare documents for sending to foreign agents
· Prepare and update IP docketing records to track deadlines and filings
· Manage correspondence with clients and foreign associates
· Support the team with document proofreading, formatting, and citation checking
· Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, data entry, and invoice processing
