Role

As a CNC Laser/Plasma Machine Operator (also known as CNC Technician, Laser Cutter Operator), you'll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating CNC Plasma and Trumpf Fiber Laser cutting machines. Your role involves selecting lenses, loading programs, calculating machine specifications based on material type and thickness, cutting materials, and preparing products for further processing. You'll also ensure a clean and organized work area, assist other machine operators, and adhere to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a CNC Laser/Plasma Machine Operator in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and CAD software.
• Physical ability to lift 70+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot environment. Forklift experience is a plus.
