  • Responsibilities

    Role

    As a Maintenance Helper/Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer), you will perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities, infrastructure, utility systems, equipment, and storage tanks. You will also assist in plant and process engineering, install new equipment, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your role will also include carpentry, plumbing, welding, fabrication, and limited electrical repair, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
    • Experience in construction, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, chemical delivery systems, pumps, batch processing equipment, industrial electrical systems, process controls, and/or computer equipment.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude, decision-making ability, and analytical skills.
    • Experience with PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
    • Current forklift certification training and valid state driver’s license, with a good driving record.
