Role

As a Maintenance Planner (also known as Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Scheduler), you will assist in developing a reliability-based maintenance strategy. Your role will involve working directly with the Maintenance Team Leader to build a reliable and effective Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintenance team. You will be responsible for preparing detailed job plans, coordinating key scheduling activities, ensuring work order data integrity, and managing parts inventory. This role serves as the central point of contact for all maintenance reliability systems and is expected to lead and participate in plant-level continuous improvement, lean, root cause analysis, and six sigma projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
