Role

As a Maintenance Line Technician (also known as Line Mechanic, Manufacturing Maintenance Tech), you'll be responsible for the operation of plant production lines, ensuring target line efficiency. You'll provide leadership to employees, handle routine repairs, perform line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns, and maintain proper housekeeping standards in maintenance shop and packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a maintenance mechanic role and/or demonstrated technical abilities.
• Strong computer skills including new technologies in preventative and/or predictive maintenance.
