Role
As a Maintenance Storeroom Clerk (also known as Maintenance Inventory Clerk, Maintenance Stock Clerk), you'll be responsible for the operation of the computerized maintenance management system, administration of work orders, preventive maintenance logs, parts procurement, parts inventory, and reporting processes. You'll work closely with the maintenance team to maintain equipment logs, preventive maintenance schedules, job plans, spare parts listings, and vendor lists. You'll also monitor and maintain maintenance parts inventory at appropriate levels and communicate with vendors and manufacturers regularly.
