Role

As a Precision Sheet Metal Programmer/Engineer Manager (also known as Manufacturing Engineer Manager, Production Engineer Manager), you'll manage all aspects of design for manufacturability for customer products. You'll provide technical oversight, interface with production management, and ensure customer designs are compatible with the organization's ERP and production capabilities. You'll also work closely with customer engineering groups, support various internal teams, and analyze required tooling to achieve production metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Bachelors of Science with relevant manufacturing experience in precision machining and sheet metal fabrication.
• 5+ years of management experience and a Six Sigma Lean background.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CADCAM, ERP systems, drafting and process engineering, and sheet metal machine programming. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles is desirable.
