Role
As an IT Systems Administrator (also known as IT Infrastructure Manager, Network Administrator), you'll be responsible for the administration of the overall IT infrastructure, analyzing business requirements, developing solutions for IT needs, maintaining network security, and implementing continuous improvement projects. You'll also support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems, and administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, cameras, and door locks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
- 5-10 years of prior system and network engineering experience, preferably with a background in the automotive industry.
- 2-5 years IT Project Management experience preferred.
- Experience leading and managing IT infrastructure & staff across multiple physical locations.
- Hands-on experience with IT equipment, including servers, networks, telecom, and cloud services.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware and maintenance.
