Role
As a Manual Boring Mill Operator (also known as Low Volume Production Operator, Manual Milling Technician), you'll be responsible for machining or drilling details as per customer specifications. This includes reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions, and ensuring dimensional accuracy.

Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Experience with Manual Boring Mills (note: this position does not involve programming/CNC machines).
- Proficiency in GD&T, machine setups for production runs, manual machining skills, blueprint reading, quality inspection, mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, machine safety inspections, excellent communication skills, shop math skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, basic computer skills, and equipment troubleshooting.
