  • Responsibilities

    Role

    As an Accounting Assistant (also known as Bookkeeping Assistant, Accounts Payable Specialist), you'll assist in managing accounts payable, payroll, and special projects. You'll be responsible for general accounting tasks such as cash recording, bank reconciliations, and reviewing the general ledger. You'll also handle accounts payable duties like processing vendor invoices and executing payments. Additionally, you'll contribute to special projects like assisting with insurance audits and preparing tax returns.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
