    Role

    As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Facility Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), your primary role will be to keep the facility operating smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a wide range of repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, and direct project work in the instrumentation and controls department. Your duties will also include scheduling, planning, and directing work activities of projects, coordinating engineering changes, and ensuring that company-provided equipment meets the required design specifications.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma required. Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • At least five (5) years of experience in a similar or related field.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with business-related software packages (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Ability to read and interpret computer-aided design (CAD) drawings and specifications.
    • Experience with process instrumentation including pressure, flow and temperature transmitters, valve actuators, and the testing and calibration of these components.
    • Valid in-state driver’s license.
