Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform preventive and emergency maintenance, accurately use measurement and test equipment, perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system repairs. You'll also install wire and conduit for new and existing equipment, replace faulty electrical components, diagnose and repair faulty electronic components, troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and maintain clean and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and basic hand and power tools.
• Experience in basic welding and bearing inspections and replacement.
• Ability to read/interpret schematics, machine drawings, and manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting skills, electrical troubleshooting skills, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and PLC wiring experience.
