You'll identify opportunities for improvement, lead the implementation of equipment solutions, and establish methodologies for measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, preferably in a related industry.
- Proficient in process simulation, motion time systems, and CNC programming (ideally Mazak).
