Role

As an IT Systems Administrator (also known as IT Systems Manager, IT Infrastructure Specialist), you'll manage and support IT software, oversee IT equipment including servers, networks, telecom, and cloud services, and ensure compliance with IT regulations. You'll also handle network connectivity, assist with financial audits related to IT systems, and negotiate site licenses and purchase arrangements for software packages.

Qualifications

• IT Associate degree with 4 years of experience or Bachelor's with 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience with advanced personal computer processing, spreadsheets, database (SQL Server preferred), DOS and Windows skills.
• Familiarity with IT Equipment such as Servers, Networks, Telecom, and Cloud services.
• Demonstrated IT Infrastructure Hardware Experience.
• Cisco Network installation and maintenance skills.
• Experience with Network Connectivity protocols such as TCP/IP and SDWAN.
• Strong communication and training skills, able to communicate information to non-technical users.
• Certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA.
