    As a Customer Service Specialist (also known as Sales Support Specialist, Customer Support Representative), you'll be the primary liaison between the company and its customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers via telephone, email, and in-person, receiving and entering orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process from order placement through shipment.
