Role

As a Billing and Cash Applications Specialist (also known as Accounts Receivable Specialist, Financial Services Associate), you'll manage daily billing and cash applications, liaise with clients and cross-functional teams, and assist with month-end closing processes and annual audits. You'll also investigate any cash or billing discrepancies and contribute to achieving departmental and individual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or an associate's degree in accounting is preferred.
• 1+ years of financial job experience is required.
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
• Experience with Epicor, JDE, and a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with RMA's and RMA statutes.
• Excellent communication skills and financial audit experience.
