Role

As a Mold Technician (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Mold Setup Specialist), you'll be primarily responsible for machine set-up in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Your duties will include crane and lift operation, mold preparation, insert and date code changes, knockout checks, water line checks, thermolater preparation, clamp tonnage setup, core pull sequence setup, mold protection setup, nozzle and orifice verification, safety drop bar setup, barrel purging, mold storage preparation, and troubleshooting of running molding machines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of previous Injection Molding Set-Up experience.
• Proficiency in Injection Molding, Tool/Die/Mold Setup, and Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills.
• Experience with Injection Molding Machines (Engel, Nissei).
