Join our dynamic team as a Production Team Member (also known as Injection Molding Operator, Manufacturing Associate), where you'll work with plastic parts that support various industries including automotive, medical, and home appliances. No prior manufacturing experience? No worries! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Benefits

• Starting wage of $15.50/hour, increasing to $16.00/hour after 90 days with good performance.
• Shift differential of $2.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with overtime and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.
• Physical fitness to bend and stand for long periods of time (8 to 12 hour intervals), and work in close proximity to machinery. Moderate noise levels to be expected.
• Must pass a background check.
