Role

As a Third Shift Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll operate machinery during the night shift, interpret blueprints for machine setups, perform quality checks on finished products, and maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a machine operator.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift 20-50 lbs repetitively, bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop, and walk 2-5 miles throughout the course of a shift.
• Welding experience is a plus.
