Role
As a Data Entry Specialist (also known as Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Operator), you'll be responsible for digitizing and organizing data, updating existing entries, and maintaining a detailed and efficient storage system. You'll also address data inconsistencies, respond to data queries, and report any significant data errors to management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist.
- Proficiency in data entry software such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
