Role
As a Certified Welding Inspector (also known as Fabrication Inspector, Quality Assurance Technician), you'll be responsible for welding and fabrication tasks, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your role will involve inspecting welds, ensuring quality control, and working collaboratively with other technicians to ensure the structural integrity of each project.

Qualifications
- Current and valid Certified Welding Inspector certification.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in welding setups for production, excellent communication skills, and experience in an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) environment.
- Experience with Robotic Welder and other relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated experience performing visual inspection and nondestructive testing of welds, with AWS D1.1 or D1.5 experience preferred.
- Ability to review and interpret structural steel plans, working drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in the use of weld inspection tools including weld gauges, NDT equipment, and micrometers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
