Role
As a Welder and Metal Fabricator (also known as Welding Technician, Metal Grating Fabricator), you'll be responsible for welding and fabricating metal grating to precise dimensions and specifications. You'll interpret basic drawings, perform simple fabrications, ensure quality control, and manage equipment. You'll also work in a self-directed environment, operate various power tools, and assist with troubleshooting and maintenance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with MIG and Stick Welding, Oxy/Fuel torch, Plasma torch experience on Carbon, Stainless Steel, and/or Aluminum; AWS D1.1, D1.5 and/or D1.2.
- Ability to read, interpret and comprehend blueprint drawings, and operate overhead cranes.
- Experience with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, MIG Welder, and TIG Welder.
