Role

As a CNC Setup Operator (also known as CNC Mill Operator, CNC Machinist), you'll set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) Vertical and Horizontal Mills to produce precision machined parts. Your duties will include preparing and presetting all tools for machining operations, securing workpieces, installing programs, inspecting initial run pieces, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school in Machine Trades or On-the-Job Training.
• Knowledge of G and M codes, 3 and 4 Axis Machining Center, and G D and T blueprint reading.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, communicate effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
