  • Responsibilities

    Role

    As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Lathe Operator), you'll be responsible for producing quality machined parts, programming and setting up equipment, prioritizing work orders, and maintaining safe operations. You'll also be tasked with equipment maintenance, analyzing job orders, and interpreting blueprints.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent, with one to two years of related experience and/or training.
    • Proficiency in G Code and experience with CNC Lathes.
    • Competency with Mazak Mazatrol, Mazak Fusion, and Fanuc Controls.
    • Strong mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
    • Experience with programming gantry robots, bar feeders, and sub spindles is a plus.
    • Ability to use inspection equipment such as micrometers, depth mic’s, thread gauges, and calipers.
    • Strong reasoning abilities and familiarity with all computerized numerical control tooling and methods of machining mills.
