Role

As a Bookbinder / Bindery Operator (also known as Bindery Machine Operator, Saddle Stitch Operator), you'll expertly translate production requirements into visually appealing and functional products. You'll set up and control assigned machines, maintain regular machine maintenance, ensure product quality, and manage work crews. You'll also run machines at optimal production speeds and provide feedback to management when issues occur.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a bookbinder or bindery machine operator, with saddle stitching highly desired.
• Knowledge of saddle stitching, cutting/folding, and other bindery equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
