  • Responsibilities

    Role

    As a Maintenance Engineer (also known as Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineer), you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of industrial machinery and all other plant equipment. This includes dealing with breakdowns, troubleshooting, equipment inspection, and planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance. You'll also supervise plant facilities and technical maintenance crews, manage maintenance budgets, and assist the engineering team in various projects.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience producing quantifiable savings in manufacturing.
    • Lean experience with Six Sigma preferred.
    • Ability to work independently with very limited supervision.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Firm understanding of continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
    • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical Schematics, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Pneumatics Experience, PLC Programming Experience, PLC Wiring Experience, Lean Manufacturing Principles, ISO 9001 Certification Experience.
    • Engineering Degree.
    • Leadership / People Management skills.
    • Driver's License.
