Role
As a Structural Designer (also known as Packaging Designer, CAD Designer), you'll collaborate with sales representatives on packaging and display projects, create and execute designs using Artios CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs. You'll also produce prototypes, assist with tooling coordination, and handle various art-related projects.

Qualifications
- College education or significant coursework in computers, CAD, graphics, and drafting, or relevant work experience.
- Experience with Artios CAD, Kongsberg CAD Table, Adobe Creative Cloud Programs, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
- Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy and apply high school math concepts.
- Knowledge of equipment design and capabilities, product layouts and specifications, and quality standards.
- Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
