Role
As a Maintenance Apprentice (also known as Maintenance Technician Trainee, Maintenance Assistant), you will be part of a comprehensive apprenticeship program. Your role will involve a combination of formal classroom training and hands-on experience. You will learn to perform preventative maintenance, rebuild industrial machinery, and develop troubleshooting techniques on all manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree in a maintenance related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment. 4 years of experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and do math, geometry, and measuring using a ruler and caliper. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are also required.
