Role
As a Machine Maintenance Technician (also known as CNC Machine Maintenance Specialist, Equipment Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for the routine maintenance and repair of machinery, with a focus on preventive measures to ensure optimal machine performance. Key duties include troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery, electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, inspecting machine parts, lubricating machines, and recording maintenance information.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years' experience with CNC machine maintenance preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission and pumps.
- Ability to follow all established safe work procedures including, but not limited to personal protection equipment, lockout/tag-out requirements and electrical safety.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical parts manuals such as electrical and mechanical diagrams, and effectively using and reading gages, meters, calipers and other measuring tools.
- Effective and safe use of all required tools including, but not limited to, drills, saws, torches, welders, cranes & hoists, forklifts and other maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work other shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
