Role
As a Maintenance Associate (also known as Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Specialist), you'll perform troubleshooting and maintenance on automation/production equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment-related issues, assist in training other employees, and adhere to safety standards. You'll also utilize a computer-based inventory system for generating reports and locating spare parts.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technician experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Strong skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance, VFDs, Servo motors, and PLCs.
- HS Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics Experience, PLC Programming Experience, and experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Must have own tools and be able to use them safely and effectively.
