As a Human Resources Generalist (also known as HR Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist), you will play a key role in supporting HR administrative and employee relations activities. You'll be involved in daily operations within the HR department, ensuring smooth operation of various HR functions. This role supports the HR Manager and is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about HR, eager to learn and motivated to develop into a future HR Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development/Industrial Relations preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably as a Generalist. Experience in a manufacturing plant environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
