Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Mechanical Technician), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. This includes working on production equipment such as injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also handle facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, other water filtration equipment, and general plant maintenance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment or position, managing people/projects.
- Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred.
- Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig or stick).
- Experience working with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power.
