Role

As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Assembly Technician), your primary duties will involve the assembly of production units. You'll be assigned to various assembly stations to perform tasks ranging from preparing a vehicle for modification through the assembly process to a completed unit. You'll have the opportunity to train on multiple assembly stations, and you may specialize in certain stations or tasks. This position reports to a Line Supervisor and the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and perform manual labor.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools, and basic automobile mechanics and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills and team player mentality.
