Role
As a Maintenance Apprentice (also known as Maintenance Technician Trainee, Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice), you'll be part of a comprehensive apprenticeship program. You'll learn essential skills through a mix of formal classroom training and practical on-the-job experience. Your duties will include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with machine rebuilds, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and completing daily responsibilities assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree in a maintenance-related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment. Vocational Technician education can be part of this experience.
- Ability to understand and do math, read blueprints & schematics, and use a ruler and caliper. Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude are also required.
