Role

As a Heat Treat Operator (also known as Furnace Operator, Heat Treatment Technician), you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including scaling up skids, stock pulling, performing chemical concentration checks, loading and unloading furnaces, and maintaining wash separators. You'll also be involved in troubleshooting, using computer systems, and assisting in the training of new associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with precision measurement equipment.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in high temperatures and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
