Role
As a Diesel Equipment Mechanic (also known as Heavy Duty Mechanic, Reefer Mechanic), you'll diagnose and repair diesel equipment, perform preventative maintenance, handle road service calls, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. You'll also manage inventory, recordkeeping, and assist other maintenance shop personnel as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic, or 2 years with Diesel Mechanic Certification or TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certification.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple functions, and adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
